Created in 2024 by Dr. Caroline Abadie, geneticist at the Institut de Cancérologie de l’Ouest (Nentes) and regional coordinator of the PREDIR Network Competence Center , Jenny Marlé-Ballangé, chairman of BHD France, and Anne-Charlotte Jouve, illustrator, with the participation of Dr. Isabelle Coupier, oncogeneticist at the Montpellier University Hospital, and Professor Stéphane Richard, former coordinator of the PREDIR Network, certified by the INCa (National Cancer Institute), This graphic booklet aims to inform the general public about the BHD syndrome and the need for early diagnosis to effectively combat kidney cancer, its most serious potential complication.
